Lobster

Lobster

Native Americans taught the early Colonists to use lobster for everything from food to fertilizer, which means that Cape Cod fishermen have been bringing beautiful hard shell lobsters to shore for centuries. Once considered trash fish, lobster now has a stellar reputation with strong markets all over the world. Local fishermen go out and come in daily, hauling pots and harvesting lobsters, then resetting their pots for the next trip.

Where it Goes

One of the most popular local fish, Lobster is served on Cape Cod, throughout the U.S. and shipped all over the world.
